Evolve beyond the symptoms hindering your everyday life and restructure your belief system at an accelerated speed—all from the comfort of your home. Progress faster through your trauma therapy journey in our virtual, three-day EMDR intensive. Here’s how it works:

You will work with one of our EMDR specialists over three non-consecutive days within a week to process your trauma and help you realize a sense of closure. Each intensive day is conducted virtually and lasts three hours, including preparation, closure, and reflection. At the end of your intensive, you will be able to better manage the symptoms of your trauma and emerge a more resilient version of yourself.
