Austin Bridges

With over eight years of experience working with Austin-area adolescents and adults, I’ve helped clients overcome and manage issues with trauma, anxiety, grief, stress, and other complex and persistent mental health challenges. When partnering with clients to develop the most effective treatment approach, I place particular emphasis on trust, honesty, and individual responsibility.
As a practice owner, it’s my goal to ensure the right care for each client and provide the best support for our clinicians. Regardless of the hurdles you’re facing, we can help you find the support you need–even if that means helping you look outside our own practice.
I’m trained in several different methods of therapy, including EMDR, CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). I earned a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, IL.

Ariel Kruemcke

In my years of experience as an LPC, I have worked with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, career-related issues, as well as many other mental health struggles. I have a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston. I like to approach each client holistically and to focus on methods that work best for the individual because therapy is not a ‘one size fits all’. I blend a compassionate, psychodynamic approach with evidence-based techniques including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, CBT and EMDR.
My therapeutic style is rooted in Attachment Theory, fostering a safe space for exploration and healing. Together we’ll embark on a journey towards growth and understanding. I believe that the issues we face are often complex and times of transition can often trigger feelings of anxiety. Having a hard time finding our triggers can feel like being lost at sea without land in sight and my goal in working with clients is to gain the tools needed to find those triggers and ways to cope.

Aimee Fuller

As a licensed LPC therapist, I have four years of experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing issues with trauma, anxiety, inter-relational conflicts, and other mental health struggles. I have a Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University, and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients who have experienced abuse, sexual assault, drug addiction, and violence to help them process their traumas and reclaim their lives.
Therapy is most effective and beneficial when tailored to the individual and the system in which they exist. In my approach, I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, CPT, CBT, EMDR, and solution-focused therapy as well as incorporating mindfulness and narrative practices. My goal is to help people gain control of their lives through the exploration and mastery of the intersections of their cognitive, emotional, and somatic experience while fostering their personal growth.

Noor Campbell

Therapy is a place where we feel validated, understood and accepted for the first time in a long time, and maybe even ever by confronting our pain and reclaiming our lives without fear of judgement or ridicule. And that’s when healing truly begins. That’s when we realize that the power to break free from the grip of our past lies within us. That our vulnerabilities are no longer vulnerabilities, but rather areas of strength that we draw from. That is where the image of our best self has come into focus, and more importantly, that we have the courage to turn that image into a reality.
I specialize in working with issues related to depression, sexual abuse & trauma, correctional counseling-restoration of prior offenders, as well as life transitions and acculturation issues. Having grown up in a multicultural environment with a Hispanic and Middle Eastern family, I know the importance of processing issues related to acculturation, problems of adjustments to a new culture, and the emotional rollercoaster of experiencing cultural shock. I love futbol or soccer. I’ve played futbol my whole life. I love reading books, the outdoors, listen to all types of music it just depends on my mood at the time. Most of all I love food and being amongst family and friends.
Change is possible and I invite you to take your first steps in your healing journey.

Ashley Hug

Hello! I have over 6 years in the mental health field and received my LPC license in 2018. I have a Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University.
While working with my clients, we can become ‘stuck’ and life transitions can be challenging in our daily lives. Our barriers can feel like mountains and we all need someone to walk beside us, to listen and be truly present. My goals for clients are for them to strive to realize their true authentic selves while gaining skills and insights that will help them navigate their journey into healing.
I specialize working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, phobias, OCD. I also work with individuals experiencing difficulties due to life transitions, stress management, and anger management. I utilize an integrative approach combining Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills and techniques. I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and strive to provide inclusive counseling for all my clients.
